Osborn has assembled and developed a team that is recognized for the delivery of state-of-the-art building systems that combine the right solutions of thermal comfort, air quality, lighting, power, and water.

We deliver complex projects with no limits on scale, complexity, or delivery method.  We work closely with architects, owners, and facility staff to identify and document project components to integrate into the engineering design to achieve MEP systems that complement the architecture while balancing construction, maintenance, and operational costs. Designs are produced in a BIM 3D environment to enhance coordination during design and eliminate surprises during construction. 

Mechanical Engineering services include HVAC systems with advanced technologies such as chilled beam, geothermal, variable refrigerant systems, energy recovery solutions, air cleaning and sanitization solutions, dedicated outdoor air systems, and building controls and optimization.

Electrical Engineering services include power supply and distribution; mission critical emergency power systems; systems integration; and on-site power generation with advanced technologies in solar power and fuel cells, among others.

Plumbing Engineering services include water, sanitary, storm, grease and oil separation, lab waste, gas piping distribution, and rainwater reclamation and reuse.
