The new City Hall is a multi-story, mixed-use building with the first floor designed for commercial tenants. Upper levels include administrative offices, conference rooms and meeting spaces for daytime City workers. After hours, structured parking supports adjoining businesses and residents who want to attend events and activities both downtown and nearby at Largo Central Park. The space is also designed to house the City's emergency operations center during storms and function as a community gathering place year-round.

 

Osborn Engineering services included electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection services as well as lighting design and fundamental commissioning services.

 

The following energy efficiency technologies are being utilized for this project, which is designed for LEED Platinum

certification:
