Structural design involves building aesthetics and integration with the surrounding environment, safety, and life cycle costs.  Osborn’s capabilities include three-dimensional analysis and design of cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, cold-formed steel, steel , wood, and mass timber structures using RISA-3D, RISA-Floor, and the Adapt software packages. Component design, including seismic/dynamic load criteria, is performed using Enercalc, L-Pile, RISA-Foundation, and CS06 software packages.
