Osborn is providing MEP and Fire Protection engineering TREO apartment building in Cleveland, Ohio. The apartment will consist of five stories of residential apartments (approximately 175 market-rate units) set above a two-story parking garage. The first floor will feature small retail spaces. This project is pursuing National Green Building Standard energy tax credits. Electric vehicle charging stations, pumping for fire and domestic water, emergency generators, typical apartment units, and a multi-level garage are featured elements of the design.
