Osborn Engineering provided MEP and Fire Protection Engineering services for the Beachcomber Resorts & Villas renovation in Pompano Beach, Florida. These renovations include modifications of the mechanical systems in the main building, the bar building, and the construction of a new pool equipment room. Osborn provided a new cooling tower, new kitchen exhaust hood and provisions, as well as plumbing design and calculations for the villas. In addition, Osborn completed a pre-design feasibility study for the project.
