Osborn Engineering provided Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering services for the development of 3 parcels of vacant land along 13-mile road into a new 90,000 SF, two-story, and $40 Million ambulatory surgery center and medical office building for Corewell Health System in Royal Oak, Michigan.
The new ASC & MOB includes 72,340 SF of rentable space, medical clinics, and new parking spaces for an approximate total of 300 cars.
The scope of work consists of construction of a core and shell 2-story building, parking lot, landscaping, screening walls, curb cuts at 13-mile road, building generator, site drainage and coordination of all required site utilities.
The tenant fit out was designed to meet program needs for the incorporation of an Ambulatory Surgery Center on the second floor operated by Atlas Healthcare Partners in partnership with Corewell Health System.
