Osborn Engineering provided Structural, MEP, Technology, and Fire Protection Engineering services for the renovation of the McKinley Grand Hotel, which was then converted to a Doubletree by Hilton. Updates to hotel systems included: a new chiller, boilers, pump systems, guest suite lighting, all new technology systems, structural support for new equipment, new HVAC, and plumbing. Renovation services also included adding a new restaurant and bar/lounge.
