Osborn Engineering, in conjunction with NBBJ, has completed the preliminary conceptual structural design and is currently performing full Structural, MEP, Technology, and Fire Protection Engineering services for the Green Bay Packers and Kaufman Development. The project involved the design of a new 150,000 SF, 250 apartment unit, six-story residential development atop a 144,000 SF post-tension podium slab complete with lower level parking. In addition to the residential complex, the podium will support a gathering plaza and amenity space as well as the first floor of an office complex.  Titletown’s park is open to everyone, with an ice-skating rink and tubing lanes down Ariens Hill in the winter, a full-size football field, a unique playground, and plenty of outdoor games and fitness activities, all in the heart of the action. Future development includes retail, commercial and residential elements.
