Osborn Engineering is performing MEP, Fire Protection, and Technology Engineering services for a new mixed-use development on the Scioto Peninsula in Columbus, Ohio. The project consists of two 5-story buildings (both mixed-use and residential), two courtyards, and an enclosed pedestrian bridge. Building 1 is a mixed-use residential building anticipated to contain roughly 125 apartments, an interior amenity space, ground-level retail, and an exterior courtyard. Building 2 is a mixed-use residential building that will contain roughly 215 apartments, interior and exterior amenity space, ground floor retail, and an exterior courtyard. An enclosed and conditioned pedestrian bridge will connect the buildings.
