Osborn Engineering is providing MEP and Fire Protection Engineering services for this new 21-story high-rise development. Inland Group Apartments is a multi-family tower with structured parking, elevated amenity deck, and outdoor pool, as well as retail components. The new building will rise 21-one stories and add to St. Pete's skyline. The building features an entry lobby, electric car charging stations, a dog wash and park, amenities room for residents, and a rooftop pool and terrace overlooking the city. Osborn worked in conjunction with Behar Peteranecz Architecture on this project.
