Osborn provided Structural, MEP, Technology, and Fire Protection Engineering design for this 5-story, wood-framed, multi-family project for Signet Development in conjunction with Moody Nolan Architecture. The project achieved Enterprise Green tax credits which included the design of high-efficiency lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. The building showed a 19% improvement in the baseline energy usage requirements. Technology design included infrastructure and data room layouts. Domestic water booster pumps were used to increase overall pressure to the building.
