Osborn Engineering provided MEP and Fire Protection Engineering services for a mixed-use development, Gravity 2, located adjacent to the new Gravity 1 development in Columbus, OH. The project scope includes four individual projects:
  • A 5-story parking garage (750 parking spaces, features an occupied green space)
  • A 4-story townhome (23,000 GSF, 24 units)
  • A 6-story, 185,000 SF core and shell office design
  • A 10:1 high-rise mixed-use multi-family building (300,000 SF with over 250 multi-family units) featuring retail core and shell and a gym
