Spaces making up this unique mixed-use project include a 12-story office tower, an outdoor common courtyard, leasable office/co-working spaces, a common rooftop amenity area, a helix style garage (including electric charging stations), a micro-apartment unit tower, a 4-star rated hotel that includes a 2,000 SF presidential suite, and numerous floors containing penthouse/condominium units, pre-function spaces, and administrative spaces.
