Osborn Engineering was retained by Gateway Economic Development as the Owner’s Representative for both the $140 million transformation and the $23 million MEP infrastructure enabling projects for Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse (previously Quicken Loans Arena) and the Commissioning Authority for the $23 million MEP infrastructure enabling projects. The Scope of our Commissioning services included developing a construction phase commissioning plan, commissioning specifications, pre-functional checklists and functional tests, and performing a 10 month post-occupancy warranty walk through.
