Osborn Engineering served as the Engineer of Record for the foundation design for the new $225 million soccer-specific stadium for the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer. Osborn coordinated with design architect HNTB and other structural engineering teams for the project.

The project was complicated due to poor soils and its location in the 100-year flood plan. Site challenges required the design of a concrete cutoff wall to prevent high water table levels from flooding the new venue. The design phase was accelerated to facilitate the stadium opening in 2021.
