Osborn is provided mechanical and electrical design services for ten new cabins at Pleasant Hill Lake Park. The scope included site work, foundations, and utilities to the roadway, on sites cleared and prepared for that purpose. Mechanical design included heat pump for summer cooling/primary heat, supplemental propane heating unit for temperatures below 40F and fireplaces with propane inserts. Electrical design included general power and lighting for the buildings, immediate exteriors, and walkways. The project was delivered for bidding purposes, on time and within the project construction budget.
