The Clague Playhouse Ball Fields project involved the demolition of an existing maintenance building and removal of three existing baseball fields. Work included the construction of four new youth baseball and softball fields, dugouts, backstops, scoreboards, bleachers, playground and a center restroom, concessions and storage building. Additionally, an existing maintenance building and parking lot were removed and replaced with a new asphalt parking lot with site lighting. Extensive regrading efforts and a new storm sewer infrastructure was installed to improve overall drainage for the site and adjacent residential properties. Perimeter landscaped berms were installed as part of the project.
