Pinellas County Jail SEC Relocation

Osborn Engineering provided a design criteria package for civil engineering services to relocate the Security and Entry Center (SEC) within the Pinellas County Jail complex to improve the safety and security at the main jail entrance. Relocation and new construction of over 2,500 LF of underground piping and utilities, including water, reclaimed water, sewer, storm, fiberoptic, power and security systems to construct a new building and 295 associated parking spaces.
Williamson Dacar Associates provided the initial investigations, research and coordination with the Sheriff’s Office personnel to implement a Design-Build contract for the ultimate design solution.
Osborn Engineering performed the evaluation of the potential impacts to existing conditions of the site parking, traffic circulation, utilities, and stormwater systems resulting from any relocations of buildings and creation of new traffic patterns to meet the goals of the project.
