Osborn Engineering provided MEP, Technology, AV, and Security design services for the new Environmental Nature Center in conjunction with CPZ Architects. The Nature Center includes exhibit and meeting rooms, various classrooms, offices, and computer lab spaces on 25 acres.

 

Other amenities at the park include an exterior amphitheater, dock, pier, and outdoor stage, nature trails, protected wetlands areas, kayaking, and boat ramp picnic and restroom pavilions, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, a large multipurpose field, and playground.

 

Awarded the 2021 Smart Growth Excellence Award by the Smart Growth Partnership on the basis of smart growth and sustainability principles.
