Osborn Engineering provided Structural Engineering services to design support framing for an interior storefront. We also provided support framing detail for a transformer and an air handling unit. Our construction responsibilities include responding to land review comments, building department review comments, and assisting the general contractor with modification of the contract drawing to mitigate unforeseen conditions.
