Osborn Engineering provided Structural and CA engineering services for Sherwood Plaza East and West, totaling 118,300 SF.

Sherwood Plaza East | The Sherwood Plaza East is an existing 37,400 SF single-story building comprising various tenants. The structure included steel roof joists bearing on interior steel frames and exterior CMU load-bearing walls. The renovations necessitated a new sign taller than the surrounding parapet on the west wall and the replacement of the façade along the south face.

Sherwood Plaza West | The Sherwood Plaza East is an existing 83,000 SF, single-story building with one tenant. The structure is comprised of steel roof joists bearing interior steel frames and exterior CMU load-bearing walls. The renovations included the removal of the garden and auto maintenance areas. A 20,450 SF expansion was created and connected to the existing structure and a new addition comprised of steel roof joists on steel moment frames. Two new truck loading docks were added to the south side of the existing structure. The new building footprint totals 80,900 SF.
