Osborn Engineering provided MEP and Fire Protection Engineering services for a 5-story mixed-use office project from schematic design through construction administration. The building features exceptional architectural design, rooftop amenity space, and ground-floor retail space. The project included design of a dedicated outside air system, fire and domestic water pumping, high-efficiency lighting, and a full sprinkler layout.
