Osborn Engineering is currently providing MEP, Fire Alarm, and Civil Engineering services for improvements at the Westshore City Center. Improvements to the property will include renovations to Annex A and B, the Main Office Building, Exterior Plaza. The mechanical design scope includes HVAC for new occupancies and ductwork, while electrical includes new panel and distribution, minimal lighting, equipment connections, and fire alarm. The plumbing scope includes new water distribution, sanitary connections, grease traps, and sanitary fixtures, while the civil scope includes parking study and plan, landscape design, and interface of utilities with the buildings.
