Osborn provided professional architectural and engineering services for the replacement of the high and low rise domestic water booster pump systems and expansion tanks located within the sub-basement. Work included demolition, environmental assessment of existing pipe insulation and presumed lead based paint, plumbing, electrical and telecommunication wiring along with BAS integration.
