Osborn Engineering is providing engineering design services in collaboration with D-MAR General Contracting for various LSG Sky Chefs location around the country. Most recently we have completed the following projects:

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport - MEP and fire protection services for a 50,000 SF tenant improvement project to convert LSG Sky Chefs existing building into a new flight kitchen, complete with high pile warehouse space, hot foods kitchen, walk in coolers and freezers, and at least one flight style, conveyor dish-machine.

Los Angeles International Airport - MEP, life safety and structural engineering services for a warehouse renovation including a cooler/freezer.

Miami International Airport - HVAC analysis, mechanical engineering peer review and permit drawings for Dish Room #1445.

Orlando International Airport - Civil and electrical engineering for a new parking lot adjacent to their existing building in preparation for future expansion.
