Osborn Engineering provided Civil Engineering services for additions at Lakewood High School in the Pinellas County School system. Osborn’s scope includes Civil engineering associated with complete classroom renovations, reconstruction of a new student courtyard, new traffic and parking circulation at the entrance to campus, new concessions/restrooms/ticketing building at the athletic field, site improvements for pedestrian access from parking lots to athletic field, utility extensions of sanitary sewer, potable and fire water systems to new building facilities and stormwater management design and permitting for additional impervious areas.
