Osborn Engineering, in conjunction with Arquitectonica, is providing MEP and Fire Protection Engineering services for a new 24,400 SF Performing Arts and Athletic Center for The Cushman School. The Cushman School is a National School of Excellence serving 500 students from Pre-K through the eighth grade since 1924.

The Play to Learn Facility will consist of the following:

• A full-service stage for school and community performances
• Auditorium seating for up to 900 people
• State-of-the-art sound systems, acoustics and projection screens
• Dance studio
• Music rooms
• Instrument, costume and set storage space
• Indoor and rooftop space for physical education classes
• Regulation sized basketball court and volleyball court
• Rooftop futsal soccer field and track
• Venue for community events and athletic tournaments for intramural and competitive sports
