Watermain Replacement Construction Services

Osborn Engineering is providing construction oversight services for two watermain replacement projects in the City of Euclid - East 232nd Street and Williams Avenue and Drakefield Avenue and East 266th Street. The projects include nearly 8,000 linear feet of watermain replacement and appurtenances. Osborn was contracted by the City of Euclid for the construction management services.
The construction management services included attending pre-construction meetings; conducting progress meetings; reviewing and approving contractor pay and claim requests; managing the contractor’s progress and schedule; review and approval of shop drawings; responding to RFIs; and reviewing progress with the City.
We also provided full-time field observation services for the duration of the project which included compiling daily progress reports with photos on work activities; coordination with the City of Cleveland, Division of Water for approval and special inspections; coordination of construction activities with residents; monitoring of private utility coordination and review of maintenance of traffic daily; development of project punch list and verification of completion of work; and finalization of contract quantities and review of final estimate.
