Osborn provided Construction Observation services for the Edgewater Drive sewer separation project in early March, 2015. This roughly $1 million project included the separation of the storm and sanitary sewer lines along Edgewater Drive in Lakewood, Ohio.

Osborn conducted progress meetings and prepared and distributed meeting minutes; reviewed contractor’s schedule and took steps necessary to ensure compliance; maintained and made available pre-construction video; provided daily on site observation; monitored maintenance of traffic to ensure compliance with OMUTC; reviewed and monitored certified payroll and approved monthly pay applications; responded to RFIs and reviewed submittals; reviewed change order documentation and made recommendations for approval. Upon project completion, we provided the City of Lakewood with catalogued daily observation reports and associated photographs, concrete reports, liner test results, daily summaries of testing companies’ reports, SWP3 reports and lined sewer video. This information was provided in both paper and electronic format.
