Osborn provided engineering design services for the reconstruction of the intersection of Cleveland-Massillon Road at Ghent Road. The intent of this project is to reconfigure the existing Y-intersection of Cleveland-Massillon Road at Ghent Road to a T-intersection. Other major work items include a new interconnected traffic signal, addition of a northbound continuous right turn lane onto Ghent Road, and adding sidewalks along the east side of NB Cleveland-Massillon Road and the south side of Ghent Road. The existing horizontal alignment will be relocated and the vertical alignment will be adjusted as needed to meet current design criteria.
