Brian Kane is a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Principal. He oversees the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design of office and institutional buildings, professional stadiums and recreation centers, distribution facilities, retail facilities, and schools to name a few. His experience includes both new construction, renovation to existing buildings, and construction administration. A notable portion of Brian’s background includes energy audits, life cycle cost studies, boiler and chiller central plant design, variable refrigerant flow system design, HVAC design for critical environments, and design to improve indoor air quality and sanitation. He has experience in energy modeling, utility bill analysis, technical reports, and providing engineering design to implement energy conservation measures.
