Dave Chouinard’s career spans over 35 years, the last 15 years with Osborn Engineering where he is the Director of Healthcare and segment leader for the firm. He works exclusively with healthcare clients and leads many of the firm’s largest, most complex, healthcare projects. His expertise is in facility master planning, infrastructure system planning, strategic planning, energy systems development, and optimization. As a seasoned Project Executive, he is adept at system concept planning for greenfield hospitals, replacement hospitals, major expansions/renovations, infrastructure upgrades and project delivery methods.
