Campus Wide Infrastructure Upgrades
Osborn Engineering is provideing Civil, Structural, MEP, and Technology engineering design for various infrastructure improvements in support of upcoming building renovations to the Technology Building as well as campus-wide infrastructure upgrades. The planned scope of work includes campus-wide utility tunnel top replacements and internal repairs, central campus heat plant control upgrades, central chilled water manufacturing and distribution for the Northwest quadrant of campus, centralized emergency power for the Technology Building and nearby buildings, electrical 12,470 V service upgrades for the Northwest quadrant of the campus, and campus-wide building security upgrades. These improvements will be expected to be mostly completed in advance of a currently targeted project completion of summer of 2020.
