CSU Campus-Wide MEP Upgrades
Cleveland State University
Osborn is providing engineering design services for the upgrade of major mechanical and electrical systems across the campus at Cleveland State University’s downtown Cleveland location. The upgrades consist of 20 individual deferred maintenance projects identified by CSU’s Architect and Facility Operations Department as part of the University’s planning and implementation of their Integrated Facilitates Plan.
Services provided include initial scope and cost verification as well as detailed design for new substations, emergency and standby generators with automatic transfer, laboratory fume hood repairs, and eye wash and safety shower upgrades. Many of the upgrades center around CSU’s science buildings and will provide more reliable power for their research and teaching and facilities.
