Osborn Engineering is providing site/civil engineering services for this new 54-story high rise development in conjunction with NBBJ Architects and Stark Enterprises. Osborn is developing the final storm water management calculations based upon the project requirements, including green infrastructure requirements from NEORSD. We are coordinating with the Landscape Architects on site layout, grading, hardscape, softscape, utility services, irrigation, drainage and site lighting.
The proposed development will include 150,000 SF of retail and restaurant space, approximately 500 apartment units, 200,000 SF of office space, and 1,500 parking spaces. The innovative design also includes a 5-story hotel that would span East 6th Street between Prospect Avenue and Huron Road, 18-stories above the pavement below. The project will be the first new high-rise in Cleveland’s skyline since 2002.
